The conditions below apply to all agreements entered into for the purchase and delivery of item/goods from, hereinafter referred to as "MakeKit" or "We".

The conditions are subject to change without notice, and the customer is therefore advised to familiarize themselves with them with each purchase.


All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), including current VAT. Prices do not include handling fee.


A purchase agreement is entered into when the customer has received an order confirmation via e-mail from MakeKit. It is assumed that the customer has provided correct information about e-mail address and physical address. From MakeKit's Norwegian online store, we only deliver to adults with a residential address in Norway. You will receive the item within 5 working days after the purchase has been entered into.


The money is deducted from the customer's card when the order is delivered. A third-party payment solution (Stripe) handles all card information. No card information is handled by us. Our customers can now also pay with Vipps.

Personal information

MakeKit processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or be linked to other external registers.


Our goal is for the customer to receive the delivery within 5 working days. However, the delivery time may vary, depending on the amount of orders to be processed, as well as circumstances that MakeKit does not have at its disposal.

The goods are sent by letter package or as parcel delivery. Shipments to addresses in Norway are added to postage. Other prices apply to shipments abroad. If you want tracking of the package, the customer must pay for this themselves. This is then sent as a service package.

If you have received the package sent to your nearest post office and do not pick it up within 14 days, a fee will be charged for you as a customer. Uncollected packages with a value below NOK 5000: NOK 150, - excl. VAT. in fee.Uncollected packages with a value over NOK 5000: NOK 350, - excl. VAT. in fee. Contact us if the package has been sent back to us and you want to have it sent to you again.

Failure to collect the package is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal! If you want to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, we ask you to pick up the package and contact the customer center for return information. If you use this right, you will only have to pay return shipping to us. See more information under the item "Undo the purchase"

Undo the purchase / return

As a private person, you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal. You will receive the right of withdrawal form electronically when you order. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with the product, get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the problem. Returns must be agreed in advance. As soon as we have received the item, we will refund the amount to the customer.

We replace products with manufacturing defects or that have been damaged during shipping, and cover your postage when this is the case.

If you have paid by card, the money for the returned item is added to the card used at the time of purchase.

If we have sent the wrong or defective item, we will of course cover the return postage.
Note that returns must be sent back to the address on the return form.

Conflict resolution

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council to get assistance in a possible dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation in the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
